Return and Refund Policy
VAYA Glow is a personal skincare device. For hygiene and safety reasons, returns and refunds are generally not applicable. However, to ensure customer satisfaction, we offer a limited return option under the conditions below.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN AND REFUND
A return and cash refund may be accepted within 72 hours from the delivery date, provided that:

The product is sealed, unused, and in its original packaging.

Any opened, unsealed, or tampered package will be rejected by the courier at your doorstep, and no refund will apply.

The refund will be issued in cash during the courier collection after inspection.

A $5 return delivery fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover courier charges.

A valid order number or delivery confirmation is provided
HOW TO START A RETURN
To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@vayaglow.com. by mentioning your order number in the subject and attaching photos showing the original sealed package.
If your return request is accepted, we will send you a notification email and schedule the courier pickup.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and product-safety compliance, the following cannot be returned:

Used or opened devices

Items without original packaging

Any product requested for return after the 72-hour window
INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting photos or video. A replacement will be arranged at no cost.
IMPORTANT NOTES

VAYA Glow reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Any signs of use, residue, or handling void the eligibility for return.
